Express Yourself! Reclaim Your Creativity In-Person
Reclaim the joy of the creative process through the power of the Expressive Arts. In this intermodal class we will use visual art, sound, movement, writing, and play to tapinto all expressions of creativity. Participants will develop a playful creative practice that supports neuroplasticity, authenticity, and mental and emotional well-being. No creative arts skills required. All materials provided.
This program is funded by St. David's Foundation; ages 18 and up.
