Connecting with Breath through Mindfulness Yoga In-Person

Participants (all levels) will be introduced to different Mindfulness Yoga movements in sitting, standing and lying. During the class, the instructor will guide students in the connection of movement and breath, while sharing the benefits of each pose (asana).  Additionally each month, we will introduce a different theme. Funded by St. David's Foundation; for ages 18 and up.
