This program is for students in 8th-12th grade where students will learn about folklore and traditional stories that are rooted in the natural world. Participants will write their own original folktale or adaptation inspired by the local waterways and ecosystems. Registration required. Registration is a commitment to all 5 days.

BEGINNING APRIL 2, 2025: Request a meeting room or the playroom and view events calendar at mysmpl.org. This site will only be for study room reservations.

On April 1st, we will be moving the events calendar meeting room reservations to our new website, and we will not be able to place meeting room or playroom requests.

Meeting room reservations and events calendar will be unavailable on this site after March 31st. On April 2nd, our events calendar and new reservation system for the meeting rooms and playroom will be located at mysmpl.org.
