Unleash your inner child through the power of the Expressive Arts. From a lens of mindful self-discovery, you will use art-making, writing, play, sound, and movement to explore and express who you are. Participants will develop a playful creative practice that supports neuroplasticity, self-expression, and mental and emotional well-being. No creative arts skills required. All materials provided. Funded by St. David's Foundation; for ages 18 and up.
