Purgatory Creek Chorale: Lecture followed by Recital in Lobby In-Person
Join The Purgatory Creek Chorale (PCC) Early Music Ensemble and their director, Andrew McNair, to hear a recital of Christmas music from Renaissance France, England, Spain, and Mexico. Attendees will be guided through analysis of selected choral works from the PCC Early Music Ensemble's forthcoming concert in this unique Lecture Recital. Come deconstruct this music while listening to examples sung live by the artists of the PCC Early Music Ensemble. This event will improve your understanding of choral music from the Renaissance and enrich your concert experience.
After the lecture/demonstration, a concert will take place in the library lobby.
